At Bold Voice, we stand behind our accent analysis services with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our Starter Plan for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You must provide a reason for your refund request
  • Free trial conversions are eligible for refunds within 14 days of the paid subscription start date

How to Request a Refund

  • The email address used for your account
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions after the 14-day refund period has expired
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Pro Plan waitlist fees or deposits (if applicable)

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription will prevent future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for previous charges. To both cancel your subscription and request a refund (if eligible), you must contact our support team as described above.
