By using Bold Voice Accent Test, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy, including all future amendments which will be prominently displayed on our platform with at least 30 days notice before taking effect for existing users.

If you disagree with any terms, please discontinue use of our service immediately and contact our support team to delete any data we may have collected during your usage period, which will be processed within 7 business days of your request.

You retain rights to your Bold Voice recordings while granting A3I limited usage rights for accent test provision, algorithm improvement, and service optimization, all of which are conducted with strict anonymization protocols to protect your identity and personal speech patterns.

We may remove content that violates our guidelines or applicable laws, including but not limited to recordings containing hate speech, threats, explicit content, or copyrighted material, and we reserve the right to report serious violations to appropriate authorities while maintaining transparency with affected users.

A3I's Bold Voice accent testing technology and analysis algorithms are protected by intellectual property laws including multiple international patents, trademarks, and trade secrets that represent years of research and development in speech recognition and linguistic analysis.

You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms, redistribute our technology, create derivative works based on our platform, or use our services to develop competing products, as doing so may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

While A3I strives for accuracy, our Bold Voice accent test results are provided as guidance only, and we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all premium subscriptions if you are not satisfied with the analysis quality, with refunds processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

We do not guarantee specific accent improvement outcomes, and refund eligibility requires that you have completed at least three full accent tests and provided specific feedback about why the service did not meet your expectations, after which our team will review your case and process eligible refunds without requiring further explanation.
